Positive: Fantastic decor throughout the hotel, well laid out with great grounds. The food is excellent and the bar makes great cocktails. The room is very comfortable. The 'beach' area.by the river is extrememly well done, the staff are all very friendly and efficient.
Negative: Be careful booking the river view rooms if you are a light sleeper - the waterfall is noisy!

Positive: Gaia Riverlodge was an incredible experience from start to finish. The setting is absolutely stunning — surrounded by lush jungle, nature and wildlife everywhere, with magical nighttime moments like spotting animals in the trees. The atmosphere felt peaceful, exclusive and completely immersed in nature while still being very comfortable. The food was exceptional throughout our stay, fresh, beautifully prepared and genuinely some of the best we have had while travelling. What truly made the experience special, however, was the staff. Every single person was warm, polite, attentive and genuinely friendly, making us feel welcomed and cared for at all times.
Negative: Honestly, very little. If anything, we only wish we could have stayed longer than two nights to enjoy everything the property and surrounding nature have to offer.
Summary: A magical jungle escape with outstanding food, wonderful staff and an unforgettable atmosphere.

Positive: Amazing views perched on the cliff overlooking beautiful river falls. The walk down to the river is steep but just enough to make the first plunge incredibly refreshing. The food was remarkably good and the staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful.

Positive: Absolutely incredible place right on the waterfalls. The tram is nice if you don’t feel like making the climb down or up, and they provide full bar and food service there as well. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. It got cool at night so not having AC wasn’t a problem, plus they provide you with a big fan. Staff was incredibly friendly and service was great. The entire grounds were well kept and beautiful.
Negative: The dirt road to get there is long and bumpy, but doable. Just take it slow.
