Positive: The property was modern and clean with everything we needed. A tram station nearby enabled easy trips into Angers without the car which was parked securely on the property. The hosts were very nice people.

Positive: We liked the fact that we could park the car behind a locked gate. The facilities were great, we even found some beers in the fridge :-). The location in Avrillé was also very nice for us, as it is located near a major road that allowed us to quickly reach both the south and the north of Avrillé.

Negative: We were told that there was a neighbor, and that he was very discrete. We never saw him. The bedroom is located next to to the major road, which forced us to make a choice: Fresh air (window open), or no noise (window closed).
