Un grand extérieur de 1200m² vous attend pour de belles soirées au soleil au calme, une grande terrasse avec salon de jardin exposée plein Sud.
Le gîte est idéal pour un séjour en famille, entre amis ou encore pour un voyage d’affaire. Il peut accueillir jusqu'à 5 personnes.
Ce petit cocon de 95m², totalement indépendant, vous offre un grand salon ouvert sur la terrasse extérieure, et sur le séjour et la cuisine équipée. Le tout dans un espace très lumineux.
Le jardin est totalement clos et vous pourrez profiter du calme environnant.
Une plancha est à votre disposition pour réaliser des grillades.

Ce gîte est idéalement situé. Proche du centre-ville d'Agen, à proximité de Waligator Sud-Ouest et d'Aqualand, à proximité de l'autoroute des deux Mers (7min environ) Toulouse-Bordeaux et idéal pour découvrir le Nord du Lot-et-Garonne.
Le gîte dispose d'une climatisation dans le salon qui couvre le salon, séjour et la cuisine.
L'espace nuit élaboré avec soin, comprend 3 chambres dont deux avec un grand lit double en 140cm et la troisième chambre un lit en 90cm bas convenant uniquement pour un enfant. Un lit parapluie pour bébé est également à votre disposition et pourra être installé dans cette chambre.
Il comprend également une salle de bain avec baignoire, un WC indépendant et un cellier.
