Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The property is well-located. The receptionist was kind and helpful. The breakfast was stylish and delicious with an attentive chef/manager who kept checking and replenishing items

Negative: The temperature in the bedroom was absolutely unbearable. Only one window could be opened and it was impossible to sleep in such temperatures. I had to rush to an electronics store to buy a fan. Furthermore I was travelling with my dog and in the morning she was displaying symptoms of heat exhaustion (hyper ventilation & collapsing). It was pretty stressful. Even in the corridors, atrium at reception, the uncomfortably high temperatures and lack of ventilation was strange for 4 star hotel. Uncomfortable for staff too I imagine.

Summary: Pleasant rooms but to be avoided in hot weather
