Positive: I stayed at Gästehaus Emil for four nights and had a wonderful experience. The guesthouse has a warm, family feel, and I immediately felt welcome. My bed was extremely comfortable, and I was lucky enough to enjoy both autumn and festive Christmas decorations throughout the whole property. Breakfast was plentiful and beautifully presented each morning. I have a dairy allergy and had kindly requested lactose-free options, the hosts went above and beyond by providing extra yoghurt, cheese and milk for me every day. Their thoughtfulness made my stay even more enjoyable. Another lovely surprise was discovering that the guesthouse is within walking distance of a skiing slope, something I hadn’t realised when booking, but it made my stay even more convenient and enjoyable. Overall, Gästehaus Emil is a charming and caring place to stay, and I would happily return.
