Positive: The breakfast was so cozy and well made, you felt very taken care of by the host in a proper bed and breakfast.

Negative: This is a cultural thing more than the place itself but Austrian beds are usually two singles put together and boy do they suck to sleep on if you're used to north American ones.

Summary: Wonderful stay at a wonderful location, Mutters is so nice to escape to after a day in the city.

Positive: good communication with the host and got digital welcome card before arrived. 30 minutes tram ride to city center, not far and enjoyed the view of the ride. Clean and cosy room with a mini kitchen and refrigerator.

Negative: toilet was outside of the room. it's not convenient but it's my choice even I didn't remember why I booked a room without toilet. if stay here again will book the room with toilet.

Summary: easy to get to Innsbruck city center but the rate of room was more reasonable

Positive: Rebecca and Dorris were so kind, and they served a great breakfast. The room with GREAT Alps view was clean, cozy and comfortable. I'd felt great all the time when sitting at the chairs in the balcony.

Positive: Very helpful and friendly owner. Location was about 25 minutes out of town but within 100 metres of Mutters tram station, and the trip is free with the Innsbruck Guest Card. The trip is scenic..

Negative: Small single room with various facilities such as an induction cooking plate which left no space for luggage storage.Toilet across the corridor but shower in room.

Positive: The host Rebecca is friendly and helpful in guiding to attractions. The room has partial kitchen facilities like fridge toaster kettle and crockery.

Negative: Check in after 8pm is complicated, getting the key box to open was tricky with the revolving old fashioned lock. The toilet is separate for the single room. The room size is small too with hardly any space for bags.It's half an hour away from innsbruck. Kitchenette with a sink would be useful

Positive: I stayed in Gastehaus Alpenblick while I was attending a conference in Innsbruck. A lovely and comfortable home, which is an old Tyrolean chalet with a modern swimming pool. I particularly appreciated Rebecca's friendliness and help in assisting with my travel. I was given a Welcome Card Plus, which meant that I could travel all over Innsbruck for free and take several of the cable cars.
