Summary: Very kind and helpfull staff. Although with limited english speaking skills, they did their best to communicate. Separate wifi networks in room and lobby (requires chinese mobile phone to receive sms access code), but staff will help you. Good buffet restaurant.

Summary: All hotel facilities are good enough, especially room and bed so nice. But when had breakfast and dinner in restaurant, staff supporting was so slow and not clean a little. Also staff cannot communicate by English, it was very difficulty to communicate with hotel staff. Totally is good.

Summary: A very nice Hotel. Everything was first class except my room was hot and was told that they can only provide A/C or Heat but not both. Unfortunately, they had not determined that it was time for the A/C yet and I had to sleep with the window open and listen to traffic noise all night.
