Summary: Was good especially in winter month where the snow covers the tree top. Dinner is good. Breakfast is just nice. Not too heavy. Nice place. Well maintained. Not overcrowded. Service is good. The bus shuttle service provided is a big plus. Thank you.

Summary: The hotel is clean and spacious. The room is a Japanese style one. It is comfortable and clean. The spring is clean and comfortable too. Dinner’s food and environment is good but the breakfast is suitable for vegetarians (nearly no meat) and is not tasty. There is a free children game area in the lobby. Parking is free and when you check out, every exult need to pay for 600yens for the spring free which I don’t know before. But it is also ok for the price.We will recommend this hotel to our friends.

Summary: taking shuttle bus to Oncri is very convenient. the consistnet 38C temperature of onsen is very comfortable and can soak in onsen for a long long time than others. The table in the bar (used as reception while check-in) is really good and elegant, i even want to make a one in my home.

Summary: This hotel gave me lots of surprises. Start from the pickup from Saga Station to the hour - which is a 30 minutes ride (complimentary). Upon arrival, warm welcome from their staff, all wearing a smile, leading me to the lounge, offered me a Japanese cold tea with a piece of French dark chocolate. Check-in was done at the lounge, seated comfortably with the nice view of the mountain outside. Stylish decoration of the hotel, indoor and outdoor hot spring, nice breakfast. Not having too many rooms, so the whole stay is quiet and peaceful. Please note map on Hotels.com shows a wrong location, it is far from the centre of Saga, but up to the mountain.
