This is a 3 bedroom/1.5 bath fully furnished farmhouse with wood burning fireplace and central air on 3+ acres. Classic touches like oversized windows and handsome woodwork envelope a completely modern smart-home, including intelligent lighting in every room, WiFi enabled appliances and more.
We are on a quiet country lane with views of horses and rolling fields. The property has a sunny garden, majestic old trees, sweeping front porch and is just 2 hours from Manhattan. Located between Rhinebeck and Hudson, NY, and 4 miles from Bard College.
Perfect for the “upstate curious”, relocations, visiting professors, renovation housing etc.

This house is incredible! A perfect historic home with modern
amenities! The cozy fireplace, the view of grazing horses, it really hit all the marks. Lyn was a pleasure to work with- very attentive and responsive- even left us a nice bottle if wine and firewood for our first night. Will definitely recommend this place And hope to come back someday.

We had a wonderful month in Clermont at Lyn's beautiful home. What standouts for me now that I'm back in NYC? The property is gorgeous with exquisite farmland views on all sides. The house is well equipped for a delightful stay in a beautiful area. Another positive is how well the air conditioning works throughout all the rooms.
I was also impressed with how responsive Lyn was throughout the time we rented. One night an intense storm knocked a tree branch on a power line. She helped us through what to do about it within minutes. I would definitely stay at Lyn's house again.

Summary: Our stay was perfect - We were visiting family whom also have a home in Germantown so we were not at this house during the day only for the nights. House was clean and in a great location for us. Thank you Lyn for being a great host and providing us a clean, comfortable place to stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: LYN's home was truly in the country--away from the noise and busy life. The screened in porch on the back of the house has a beautiful view of horses, trees and a lovely garden. Each day we had our meals and hung out on the porch taking in the atmosphere. The bedrooms upstairs and living room were very comfortable. The kitchen was modern and had everything you would need to cook. Our group needed high speed internet to work and play video games and it performed well. We had a great time and would stay in this house again.

Summary: We really liked the house and appreciated the air conditioning. The beds were great and the kitchen cookware made our dining in easy. The check In process was super convenient. This was our first time in the Hudson Valley and loved exploring the surrounding towns. We had a great experience and vacation.
