Summary: The bed was very stiff and the hotel is just off a major road and rail line. Nearly impossible to get a decent night’s sleep.
Corrie Sep 4, 2026 07:57:29 AM
Summary: Wonderful place to stop for a night and close to the beaches!
Michael Aug 31, 2026 04:06:03 AM
Summary: Nice Place. Great communication.
Craig Aug 27, 2026 07:37:01 AM
Summary: I do not like the Bodet toilet seat.
Karen Aug 11, 2026 09:00:00 PM
Summary: We were a bit confused upon arriving because there was no staff present. I forgot to view the message that had the room number and room code in it so once I found that we were great. It was very comfortable and a very nice room. The fire alarm went off right before 7 AM and there was a strong burning smell downstairs. However, soon we learned that someone had put a pizza box in the oven to warm up the pizza and it caught fire. It was extinguished quickly in the shower and everything was back to normal.

Summary: Check in instructions were smooth, the room was large and clean. The bidet was a surprising touch! Only issue was that our room faced the front so we got traffic noise from route 20 and the trains going by.

Summary: It was a beautiful location and we didn't have time to use facilities. Only found the laundry the next morning (ground floor). The biggest complaint was constant road noise which made sleep for my family next to impossible.
Roberto Jul 31, 2026 12:28:39 AM
Summary: Difficult to find the place . Entrance is through key codes and no staff available. Noisy since next to major highway. No breakfast available. Only small non nutritional packets .
Donald Jul 25, 2026 04:48:59 AM
Summary: Noise from US 20 was a bit loud got less at 10 PM.
Susanna Jul 22, 2026 02:22:55 AM
Summary: This historic mansion has been completely updated. Thoughtful amenities were included, for example there’s a soda/snack station at the entry for a low fee. Our room was missing a hairdryer and they had run out of body wash - but we had our own so it didn’t create any issues. Having use of the laundry (new and clean) at no cost is a wonderful bonus. There was no way to control AC from the room, so it was a little cold (but that’s preferable over being too hot!). Minutes away from Indiana Dunes NP!
