Positive: The location is really good. Close to heaps of restaurants and china town.

Negative: Check-in time was 3pm and we arrived on time, but we were told the room was still waiting for inspection. We ended up sitting in the lobby for an hour before it was finally ready. We were also informed that if we wanted our room cleaned, we needed to place the sign on the door before 12pm. Even though we did this, the room still wasn’t cleaned. On top of that, there were flies and small mosquitoes in the room, and we also found a hole in the bedding.

Positive: staff at the reception was not very accomodating, but it turned out well after all. Room was spacious and clean, facilities were sufficient. They don't clean the room everyday, but if you need it you can put the sign for them to clean. Location was superb, close to market, places to eat, chinatown, and darling harbor. Bus and tram stops were also nearby.

Negative: nothing in particular.
