Positive: Just about everything. Staff could not have been better. Facilities were excellent, the hotel was spotless and nothing was a problem. The transport system was literally 3 minutes away. Old town was a 5 minute walk. Just superb.

Negative: Really liked everything.

Summary: Just perfect. Absolutely outstanding in every way.

Positive: The location of the hotel is excellent the staff Raffaele, Sofia and Davide are extremely friendly and helpful and made our stay very enjoyable

Negative: The tea and coffee facilities were not replenished and there was no milk provided and the toiletries were also not replenished each day and the cushions and throw were not put back on the bed every day but were left on the windowsill. Our door handle kept falling off as there was no screw in it and one of the curtains was coming off the rail. The general maintenance and appearance of the hotel has definitely declined since our last visit to this hotel

Summary: We had a lovely time but we’re disappointed to see that the hotel now appears unloved

Positive: This was my second visit. The location is excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable.

Negative: My biggest gripe is the plug sockets. Only one of them worked for us. So it was a constant juggling act with kettle, hairdryer, phone chargers etc. They urgently need to install better sockets or multi use adapters.

Positive: Great location, we could just walk into the medieval town, which was beautiful. Restaurants and shops are fantastic . Friendly helpful staff.Very clean.

Negative: Did not like the shower in the bedroom, could have had frosted glass, not private,the room was dark, not enough lighting , one light did not work at all.

Positive: Really cosy room, and excellent location. It's great that it is just outside of the hustle and bustle of the old town, as it is quieter there. I didn't hear the tram, even though that was next to it. There's a busstop just round the corner with the main bus (number 1) to the airport. It takes approximately 30 minutes by bus to the airport, so it is very easy to travel to. I didn't need a taxi at all!

Negative: The breakfast was lovely (and the bread was excellent!), but I missed more fresh fruit.

Summary: Very cosy hotel with great location
