Summary: While the property was adequate, there were quite a few misses along the way. The hosts left a note regarding the location of the keys, but they forgot to leave the keys. The coffee pot had old coffee in the carafe, the stove and fridge were dirty and the baseboards were dusty. The hosts forgot to leave garbage bags and left a single roll of toilet paper. The hosts were apologetic after each miss, and even purchased a 10 gift card for Tim Hortons for my parents, but they refused to own up to their mistake. It is clear that the unit wasn't cleaned between stays, and probably wasn't cleaned thoroughly for a while. If you expect clean, I would be skeptical of this property.

Summary: A simple but functional apartment style place. Wifi was good and everything worked. Jim is easy to communicate with. Not much in the way of condiments or accessories.
