This large townhome offers room to find solitude as well as 2 living area, large enough to accommodate 10 people and is Pet Friendly!
Spacious living on the main level has furniture, gas fireplace, flat screen TV and large windows offering mountain views. You can also access the front deck to relax on. Kitchen offers a small island for easy meal prep, granite counter tops, 5 burner gas range and pantry that leads to the rear deck with a second gas fireplace, built in grill, and overhead radiant heating. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and has seating for up to 8. The main level has a master bedroom has king bed, TV with attached bath and a powder room and access to the rear deck.
The upstairs overlooks the great room and has a full bath. The second bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunks beds and the third bedroom with queen bed with ceiling fan.
The lower level has the family room that walks out to a back patio with 7 person hot tub. Also on this level is a bedroom with queen bed and attached bath, laundry, and living area with sofa sleeper.
Amenities in unit: This home has Air Conditioning to keep you cool on a hot summer day! Free WI-FI access. On site for guests to use paddleboard, snowshoes, sleds, fishing poles.

Summary: Our place (67 fireweed). Was perfect 4 adults and 2 teens. Location was easy to find and drive into frazer for groceries was only 5 minutes as apx 20 minutes to Mary Jane slope. Clean. And well stocked. Comfy beds. Loved the space. We will definitely recommended this place nice quite neighborhood

Summary: My adult son and I stayed in 4bedroom condo close to area we were performing fire mitigation work in Tabernash. We used the two car garage to store our motorcycles as we ran up and over RMNP to Estes Park and back; went out to Kremmling, Green Mountain Reservoir, Keystone, A-Basin and back thru Berthoud Pass into Winter Park. Great location, clean premises, well stocked kitchen, great for family or two families, close to Winter Park, Grand Lake RMNP. I would stay here again, in winter too to ski Winter Park. Summary: This property was very spacious and comfortable. The pictures online matched the house. We were not disappointed. Having the private hot tub was awesome! The only thing I would recommend as a first time customer of VRBO is to make the check-in and check-out instructions more visible so you don't have to disturb the owner. I did communicate with the owner via text and the response was very quick, courteous and helpful. The property could use a new can opener. :) I would recommend this property for a stay with family or friends!!

Summary: I was here with my family for a ski trip and we really enjoyed the condo. It is even more spacious than it looks in the pictures...bedrooms on three separate floors and plenty of room to spread out with living rooms on the basement and main floor levels. Nice hot tub downstairs, and a great deck off the back of the first floor tha had a large bbq, a gas fireplace, overhead radiant heating and a large dining table. This condo is good for a visit any season whether you're in the area for skiing, hiking, climbing, or just to enjoy being in the mountains for a getaway. 10/10 would book again!
