This is the PERFECT lake home for large families and friends! Loads of space for relaxing or playing in the pool or just fishing off the dock.
You won’t want to leave this house! There are several local boat rentals nearby. Some companies will pick you up right at our dock!
We have abundant space for families and friends. 1+ acre of land and spacious 5000+ sq feet of living space. Dining seats 12, Beds for 16 guests. There are 4 king beds, 1 queen bed, 3 double beds, and 1 twin bed with 4 full bathrooms. Spacious deck with table for 6. Swim, boat, fish or just hang out at this beautiful compound. Plenty of games, puzzles, and cornhole for your enjoyment. There is also a pool table and foosball game in the lower level!

Summary: Beautiful property that can accommodate a large family or group. The floor plan is spacious and spread out. The furnishings up to date, clean and comfortable. Air conditioning is excellent!We were so fortunate Lake Travis was 83% full so we were able to enjoy the boathouse and swimming on the property.The pool is brand new and lovely!The host was amazing and shared many of her grandchildren’s pool toys as well as books and puzzles. We had a lovely stay. This is the third summer we faced rented a property on Lake Travis. This is BY FAR the nicest experience we have experienced.

Summary: This property was MADE for large group gatherings! Probably the best equipped kitchen I’ve ever seen in a rental with regards to spices, pots and pans, kitchen utensils, plates and glassware.

Summary: This property is exactly as described! Perfect for big groups or families. We had a pontoon boat pick us up from our dock which was very convenient. Would definitely stay there again.

Summary: Overall great house for a bachelor party. There is a lot of space for everyone to spread out, pool and ping pong table were awesome to have, the pool was a perfect temperature. Host was very responsive. Only downside was that the lake in that area is dried up, so you can’t swim in the lake.

Summary: This was the most amazing home, equipped with everything you need! The host responded fast and was accommodating, especially when we left things behind… oops! If you’re looking to do a bachelor bachelorette trip this is a great place. It was seven minutes from our boat booking with ATX party boats. It was far from downtown, but one night downtown versus quality time in the house I would choose the quality time.
