This two story house in Sunland Estates , sleeps up to 8 people in 4 queen beds comfortably. It is just a few blocks from the community park and Columbia River, with a community store, gas station and pizzeria across the street. The Gorge Amphitheater and Cave B Winery are only 5 miles away. Many other tasting rooms within a 30 minute radius.
The main floor has a spacious kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom with queen bed, bathroom and laundry room. The upstairs is an open area with two queen beds, large full bathroom with double sinks, shower and bathtub, two large closets, and separate bedroom with a queen bed.
The living room and downstairs bedroom both have sliding glass doors which lead out to the large deck. The fenced backyard has outdoor seating with a BBQ and large grass area. The home is equipped with wi-fi and has a 55” smart tv you can use your subscriptions on.
The community has a large park with horseshoes, volleyball, a kids playground and basketball court available (Community pool and tennis courts are HOA member use only and not included in this rental as an amenity). The large, grassy park has wonderful access to the Columbia River. Bring your floaties, paddle boards and beach chairs for a great day on the River. Or launch your boat, pontoon or SeaDoos at the Community boat launch and enjoy the day on the River.

Summary: Stayed at this property with 2 other couples (6 total). Everything about the house was as advertised. Plenty of space for all. We had everything we needed. The community/neighborhood is what really makes this place special. It’s 2 blocks from the river. Everyone there rides around in golf carts. Seems like every house is a vacation home. Just a really nice area to be in. We were going to a co very at the gorge. It was less than 10 minutes away and very easy to get to and from. Overall. Highly recommend for a weekend away or convenient location for a concert.

Summary: Our family loved our stay. Super clean, spacious yard, great setup inside. Everything thing you need for a fun getaway that is close to the gorge. The host went above and beyond for us with thoughtful touches. Highly recommend!

Summary: The property is conveniently located to the Gorge and all surrounding activities. It is a welcoming community. The Pizza place across the street has good food. The park and access to the river are great and within walking distance. We were surprised on how well the house was equipped for cooking and relaxing. We would definitely book again.

Summary: We were happy to be so close to the Gorge in this funky neighborhood. It was very comfortable and well outfitted for our needs. So nice to have a close drive back after late and wonderful concerts. Will stay again!

Summary: Stayed here with some friends for a concert at the Gorge. Great location (approximately 10 minutes driving from the venue without traffic). Very clean and spacious. Deanna was also a great communicator. Highly recommend!
