Summary: Steamboat was a charming place to stay. Loved the ambiance of the ship, the music playing in the halls and the grounds surrounding it. Sat in the rockers and watched the ducks for hours.

Summary: This is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at in maybe ever. The room was decorated in such a way that it felt very fancy, with the fireplace, lamps, wallpaper , bedding, etc. It was spotless, plus the layout with extras like a 2nd sink outside the restroom just added to the convenience. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful and the complimentary water/lemonade or coffee (depending on time of day) were also very nice. Also, it is convenient to explore area attractions!

Summary: The night manager on duty during our stay was quite unimpressive. We had to seek him out to check in. We were not greeted or welcomed. We felt that we had infringed on him as he was doing something in the office that was much more important than helping us. He did not explain that if we wanted full maid service, then we needed to request it; otherwise, no room housekeeping services would be provided. The hot tub and swimming pool were fine, and we enjoyed the restaurant.

Summary: Very beautiful hotel, clean and well maintained. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Near all areas attractions. Stayed there before and definitely will in the future.

Summary: The room was great, but the issue was 1. They lost my prepaid stay so I had to pay again. 2. Locked door ay 8pm had to wait to be let in each time. So aside from that it was great, warm pool different and clean.
