Positive: The restaurant within was amazing. Easy access to entrance. Large spacious room. Microwave/Fridge. Comfy mattress. Room was well heated(visited in fall)

Negative: Seemed to be a lot of extended stay guests or long-term tenants that loitered around parking lot and entrance, making it uncomfortable to come and go through the entrances.

Summary: Fair enough for the price.

Positive: Harry, one of the managers was very helpful. They were fully booked and Booking.com booked us wrongly. On Booking I paid $468 for 2 nights at this hotel, supposed to be Deluxe 2 king beds including breakfast and a non smoking room!! Harry was nice and agreed to refund us but had to go through Booking ( somewhere in Hong Kong lol) Booking down graded the room bc they booked us even when there was no Deluxe 2king room, but still charged me way too much.

Negative: Mostly caused by Booking.com. I didn’t get a Deluxe 2king bedroom . It wreaked of smoke and they couldn’t accommodate a smoke free room, they also host many low income families we saw ( as Booking screwed up) The cost of the room was crazy! I paid $123 in Niagara Falls at a Windahm Wingate walking distance to the falls and much nicer and great breakfast. The breakfast at Fulton was continental, and nothing on it! I believe all the live ins wiped it out. All and all it was a freak night , as we also had issues with shower and they accommodated us to a room for showers in morning. We couldn’t stay our other night because they couldn’t give us another room as they were full, so last minute we had to find somewhere else to stay :( the manager was fine to refund, although Booking wasn’t as happy

Positive: Nice view of the river, comfortable bed, great restaurant. Nice desk staff.

Negative: Second hand smoke drifting into my room. Couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. Maybe outside window, or in adjoining room. Staff said smoking was not allowed inside the hotel, and they would address the situation. Don’t be deterred, because it’s probably not a regular thing there.

Summary: Good rate, relaxing drive from Syracuse. I’d stay there again.
