Summary: Our family had a wonderful time enjoying the amenities at Ocean Child. The house was very clean, beautiful, spacious and well stocked with absolutely anything and everything we could possibly need during our stay. We loved the mermaid/ocean themed decor, the hot tub soaks and walking distance beach access. Lovely host was easy to communicate with. Awesome memories made here!

Summary: The house was great for our large group! Short walk to the beach, great view, plenty of space to spread out. We had a group of ten, including four kids aged 3-17, this house offered plenty of room so you’re not on top of each other but still a great space for being together. The interior is just as nice, maybe nicer, as the photos in the listing so you won’t be disappointed! The stairs getting up to the house are pretty steep but if everyone in your group is able bodied they’re fine. Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Great location close to the beach (close enough that my 3yo toddler could walk the entire way). House was clean and well decorated - had all the amenities we needed. Only negative was the musty/damp smell in the basement.

Summary: This is an extremely comfortable beach home. We enjoyed the large, well-appointed kitchen and the gorgeous dining room! The outdoor dining area and fire pit were put to good use and the living room is very comfortable. There is a nice balcony off one upstairs bedroom and the bathrooms off each large bedroom upstairs are very nice! We had a very nice time with our family. The beach is easy to get to and great for long walks! This home is in a nice quiet neighborhood!.This is a multi-level, spacious home! I would note, if you have trouble with stairs, look for a one story home. This is a tall home and it has nice ocean views! The owner was very helpful and available when we had questions.

Summary: Our family really enjoyed this place! However, it'd be nice to know that the bunk beds are pretty far from the master bedroom. So not ideal for familes with very young kids. There are also a lot of stairs in this home. One thing also is the 2 full baths are upstairs in the master bedrooms. MasterBeds are really soft too.. to get to the beach you hafta walk a little ways and down a hill. Which means you hafta walk UP when you return home! The pros of this place is that it is a beautiful home with plenty of towels and all the appliances that we needed.Lots of nice views of the ocean.. and of course, the beach itself! It wasn't crowded at all..had a little body of water that came from the ocean and went ..somewhere?? The kids loved that 'cuz it was warmer than the ocean and not very deep. A nice place overall!!

Summary: The property was perfect! The location was ideal for walking to the beach and just a quick drive to Seabrook. The pet policy allowed us to bring our dog so she could experience the beach too! There wasn’t anything we didn’t love about the house!! We hope to visit again and if we do we hope to stay in Ocean Child again!

Summary: This was an amazing trip for our family. The Beach house was the perfect home for us. Everything was so well thought out and on top of that, it is just beautiful with lovely finishings inside and out. When we go back to the ocean, we will definitely want to stay here again and again!

Summary: The house was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids- and was great to be able to bring our dog as well. It's exactly a mile walk from house via the beach into seabrook village which is a cute town as well.
