Summary: We enjoyed ourselves so much at the location everything was great the only problem was the dog next door barking and the train but overall I will give this place a 10 out of 10.

Summary: The place was very clean but the kitchen did not have enough plates or dishes for our family to use for one meal. The kitchen needs to be much better stocked. The area surrounding the house was loud— constant trains and the neighbors dog barked incessantly. The house location made it easy to visit the historical sites in the area.

Summary: My family of six had a great stay at this house. It is a completely updated older home and felt nearly brand new. It has a very spacious master suite on the opposite end of the house from the other rooms, allowing parents to have a little space from their kids which was appreciated. The kitchen was stocked with just enough items to cook meals easily while on vacation, and the coffee bar had everything you need for your morning cup of coffee. Also, this house is extremely clean and tidy. The owner of this home was excellent with their communication and any questions were answered quickly. They were very welcoming and made sure our stay went smoothly. A couple things to be aware of when booking this property is that there are many loud noises throughout the day and night. The neighbor's dog barks often and there is a very busy train track nearly across the street. Make sure to bring your sound machines to get a good nights sleep! Also, Newport News VA is perhaps not the nicest area, but there are three separate security measures in place at the house to ensure a safe stay. Our family will happily return to this home when/if we find ourselves visiting Busch Gardens and/or Colonial Williamsburg again. Thanks for a great stay!

Summary: This is an amazing, well kept home. The cleanliness was far above any rental I’ve stayed. The thought with the welcome gift, coffee, water, sodas was such an amazing touch. The location was perfect! Such ease to get to Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, Jamestown & so on. Very aesthetically pleasing. The furniture was extremely comfortable as well. We had no complaints & would stay here time & time again!! Thank you for opening your home to us & having such pride in your home!!

Summary: The house was very clean and nicely decorated, nice little touches. Family time together, was great, there were games at the house, which we played after seeing some of the local sites. Since it was Christmas we cooked all of our meals at the house, nice kitchen. There was a nice new deck but we didn’t get to enjoy it due to the weather.
