Summary: Great place. Close to DART. Lots of restaurants within a 5-10 min walk. The streets were packed on the weekend with lots of cars/people. Big bar/party area with lots of bands playing.

Summary: Had a hard time getting checked in at first but after I got the key fob all was well. When we first walked in we could only smell marijuana in the halls but that little flaw was worth it given the stay. Our group ended up having someone scammed out of another place to stay and this place was happy to accommodate more guest with a small charge. Will definitely be staying here again when we are back in the area

Summary: On the plus side, the apartment was centrally located for our needs. It was clean and quiet inside, and secure. On the down side, over the weekend the apartment next door partied all night, screaming and fighting on their porch, and racing cars and blasting music on the street below. Always a chance you take when you rent in the city but overall, I would stay there again.

Summary: Overall the location of this apartment hit all of the check boxes for me. Right at the Blue line station so the State Fair and Cotton Bowl are a very short ride from this location. And all the Food and Night spots of Deep Ellum are obviously a short walk. Apartment was very well kept. Parking is pretty secured. I wish the check in process was easier but I guess that is a tough ask with the level of building security. Property managers are very responsive and helpful! If I get tickets to RRR again there is a high chance I will look for a repeat stay here.

Summary: We were a little unsure of the property because the halls smelt like weed, (it wasn’t new paint), but as soon as we walked into y the unit, we were very happy. The unit smelled and looked very clean, the accommodations were wonderful, the pool was lovely, and we felt completely safe. The Dart was right outside and we were 2 stops away from the arts district. There are homeless at the DART but we didn’t feel threatened. It was a great trip and we’d do it again!
