Summary: You can't beat having a private hot tub overlooking greenery outside. There are also public baths, men and women separate. The hotel is a little funky but comfortable and with pleasant service and good food - hot pot for dinner in your choice of beef, pork, chicken or mushroom (which was great btw). Easy walk to the little train to the waterfall (or walk), with shops run by local tribe. Staff arranged a taxi to airport for 1800 NTD, takes an hour

Summary: The service was pretty unfriendly at first during check-in - no smile, a bit rude even. This left a bad first impression but the service was much better during the other times and the ladies in the front were very actually nice by checkout. The hotel is a bit older so the condition and cleanliness is not the greatest like that of newer hotels so that is understandable. Most importantly, my stay was still very comfortable and relaxing. I enjoyed my time here and would consider going back again.

Summary: My first hot spring experience in Full Moon Spa was amazing. And the view of a river that we looked out over during breakfast and dinner was fabulous (the food was not bad as well). It is also close to the famous tourist spots such as Wulai Lao Jie and Wulai Trolley. If you're looking for a good-value-for-money hotel in Wulai, this place is the one! :)
