Summary: This is a very unique B&B. I loved the grounds. It was very peaceful and staff was very helpful and down to earth. They have lots of farm animals which I thought was a neat touch to see them. The breakfast was delicious. We stayed in the Texas Oil Boom Room which was nice, had its on bathroom, and bed was super comfortable.

Summary: Beautiful property and we loved the animals and breakfast best! Our biggest complaint was lack of privacy. Our room was connected to the office and another room, facing the front of the property and the main hang-out patio in the back. There were no curtains or blinds so everyone walking by or hanging out could see in. We could hear everyone talking too which wasn't the most favorable with a sleeping toddler. We would come back but book a different room/ private, detached cabin. Overall, the location was great and the host were very sweet.

Summary: Greeted by the new owners, enjoyed a glass of wine while showing us the property and our room. We stayed in the prohibition room, bedroom was upstairs. Bed itself was a full, but sooooooooo extremely comfortable. Can’t wait to see all the new life brought into the place in the future!! Breakfast was AMAZING
