This is a 2 bedroom Condominium on three levels, consisting of a two car garage, general living section and a Master bedroom, all of which are fully furnished. There are two small closets that are locked off for owners property.
The first level consists of the main entrance and the attached two car garage (which has abundant storage), the second level is the main living area encompassing the living room, dining section, kitchen, second bedroom (has one of two queen beds), laundry and a full bath.
Taking the second set of steps brings you to a computer work area (over looking the living room with a great view of the mountains) and adjacent is a large master bedroom. The MBR holds one of the two queen beds, a bath with a very deep tub, shower a private toilet and a walk in closet.

Summary: We had a wonderful time at the condo and it was the perfect location for visiting family in the area. The condo is beautifully decorated, impeccably clean and has everything you’ll need. The owner was incredibly flexible with our travel plans as they changed with an unexpected surgery. He offered to move the dates to accommodate my recovery after surgery. We love the area as it is very quiet yet close to everything including hiking trails. We’re excited to return again in the near future.

Summary: No bad surprises. Very quiet neighborhood yet quick and easy access to everything you need. Open space within walking distance. Many small details in the living space were attended to and much appreciated. Owners quick to respond to any communication. Can recommend without any reservations.

Summary: My experience with VRBO and the owners of the property was extremely positive. The owners Brad and Sarah went above and beyond to make sure everything was comfortable and wanted to make sure I had everything I needed. They also provided a cleaning lady to come once a month which was very nice! I would recommend them and their property to anyone that needed a place to stay in the Denver area.

Summary: This property was everything and MORE than we expected! It was extremely clean, well stocked, great location and Brad and Sarah were terrific! There was NOTHING about this place that we would have changed or asked to be better and we stayed for 2 months! THANKS Brad and Sarah for helping to make our visit to Denver this summer so wonderful!

Summary: This HR condo is the best and exceeds the pictures!! Brad and Sara were extremely accomodating with our arrival/departure schedule. From the time we walked in, it felt like home. The condo was exceptionally clean and provided us every necessity needed for our 10-week stay. Having 2B/2B was perfect and the balcony was great for evening relaxation. Location in HR was excellent and close to the mountains for hiking. Grocery stores were within walking distance and the neighborhood provided great night-time walks with views of the front range. Use of the HR rec centers was perfect for those few snowy days we had :) Peaceful complex and very friendly neighbors. We cannot say enough except 'thank you' for sharing that 'CO' hospitality. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Thank you Brad & Sara ... we will definitely be back.

Summary: Beautifuly decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. Very comfortable and well stocked. Was so nice having the attached garage and laundry facility too! Nice location. Easy to get to 470....1 block from groceries, restaurants and other shopping too! Would recommend to anyone!

Summary: Thoroughly enjoyed my 2-month stay in this very comfortable home. Located within walking distance of shopping, entertainment, recreation, and churches, yet with quiet, utterly peaceful surroundings. The 2-car attached garage was a huge blessing on snowy days. Owners Brad and Sarah are the best...going the extra mile to accommodate their guests’ needs. Look forward to another visit soon.
