Summary: The servers at breakfast buffet should be more proactive in waiting on the customers, not just clearing their dishes. Offering them another cup of coffee or tea. Instead of standing in the corner chatting with each other. Almost every day I had to tell them they ran out of coffee or cay. Also, the coffee machine that made special coffees, only worked 1 day out of 5.

Summary: It is a hotel with also small rooms, but everthing you need is there. They organise some party of marriage or some stage but it is not disturbing. The bosstop is nearby. The neighbours Espressobar is very nice.

Summary: Room was so small 3×3.5 mtr. Access to hotel by car is from behind but with a valet parking area . No tea/ coffee kettle in room. Breakfast is not bad. All around very clean. Gentle English-speaking staff.

Summary: This would have been in the past an excellent hotel. Its location is great with a Bosphorus prime view and ferry terminal right outside. The Spanish Embassy is located across the road. It has large dining capability 24h room service and conference capability which is sadly under used. The result is that it has slipped behind in terms of quality of furnishings and service. Needs better TV and channels and improvements to room. Nevertheless I enjoyed my stay.
