Summary: The house worked out fine for us and appreciated being allowed a late checkout. We were disappointed to find the pool area unkept. Tall weeds and untrimmed bushes all around. Broken lounge chair and no cushions for the chairs making them unusable. There were also no pool towels, no hand towels in bathrooms or kitchen. The oven had something spilled in it causing the entire room to fill with smoke when we turned it on. We then found there were no baking pans at all so couldnt use the oven anyway. A couple of very large water bugs on the wall stressed us out a bit. This is a good location and comfortable bedrooms but really needs some upkeep to make it worth the price.

Summary: The townhouse is located in a very nice neighborhood and a great location. The owner needs to find a better cleaning company and someone to take care of the pool and yard. The bathrooms had hair in the drawers and on some of the hand towels. The air-fryer was not cleaned from prior usage and the area around the kitchen trash bin was not wiped down. The yard had not been mow/trimmed (only need a trimmer, area is so small) in at least a month based on the size of the weeds and the height of the grass. The pool furniture has no cushions so you have to improvise. One lounge chair was broken and should have been thrown away and the other was starting to show cracks. There were many pool toys but about half of them had holes in them so instead of just throwing them away they were put in a storage box. The dishwasher did not work and we were not informed until we received the check-in instructions. I did not receive my check-in instructions until I arrived and sent a message to the owner. I arrive about 18:30 so, I expected to have the information by 16:00 at the latest. All in all compaired to other Vrbo houses I have stayed in this one falls very short when it comes to upkeep and a 5-star rating which they asked for in the check-in instructions.

Summary: We had “7” Women decide to do this weekend trip!! It was a trip for friends to CONNECT…. So the POOL was definitely entertaining!!! I do realize the home only slept SIX…we had 7 women however our “7”, guest wanted to sleep on couch by herself… I let the property manager know the details way early, so he could cancel us or we could cancel if necessary… I stated we would need clean sheets, and pillow.. to my surprise, we were told to use decorative pillows on couch and throw on couch.. that’s all she had.. The backyard was filled with weeds and a lack of care.. broken chairs, no cushion on metal chairs.. we brought our own towels for pool, THANk GOODNESS.. none were provided.. Very few kitchen utensils provided. HOUSE simply needs some care… Other than that it is decent location and property management responded, always. Wish I could give this property a 5 star… Just wasn’t up to par..

Summary: Our family had a nice, comfortable stay. The property is spacious, quiet, and located in a convenient, accessible area. The skylight in the main bathroom on the second floor was a hit with our kiddos! The beds were hard, which is not my personal preference for sleeping. We did have to wipe down some countertops when we arrived as well. But overall, this is a great stay at a good price!

Summary: We had a great stay at this “townhouse.” Location was perfect for us. Comfortable beds, washer and dryer available, clean pool in backyard (which we would have used in warmer months), well stocked with dishes, cookware, towels, and in shower bath products. I gave a 4 rating instead of 5 for cleanliness, as baseboards and corners, and some surfaces that could use some dusting/deep cleaning. But, I’m a bit of a clean freak. Overall, a great place to stay. Will definitely stay again next time we’re in Ft Worth.
