Positive: Nice, clean and conmfortable

Negative: The hotel itself is very cozy and beautifully designed, but I experienced a serious problem with parking. I spent around 38 minutes, driving around three times, trying to find a place where I could pay for parking. Two recommended websites did not accept my Latvian bank card, and in the end I lost almost an hour trying to figure out how to pay for parking at all. Unfortunately, the reception could not give clear or precise instructions on where the nearest parking machine was or how exactly to make the payment. They pointed me in different directions, but there was no concrete solution. In the dark evening hours, this became stressful: people on the street avoided approaching, and the situation felt uncomfortable. In the end, the problem was solved not by this hotel, but by the staff of the nearby Alex Hotel, who kindly offered me their free parking spot. Honestly, I believe this assistance should have been provided by Frost Hotel, especially considering that a guest is in a foreign country and in a difficult situation. The hotel should pay much more attention to organizing parking and helping guests with this issue. Everything else about the hotel was good, but this situation significantly spoiled my arrival experience.

Positive: Nice boutique vibe and pleasant service - great location and beautiful breakfast. Relax areas was also nice private and clean.

Positive: Spacious & quiet room in the city center! Design is perfect & very accurate. In the bathroom, there is the possibility to take a shower & a bath In the suite room, there were a washing machine & a dishwasher for who wants to cook a little bit. The breakfast offers fresh fruits.

Negative: The parking cost is expensive probably due to the fact that there are only 3 available places in the hotel. There is no dish drainer for the wet dishes & the water can escape & go on the wood floor.

Summary: Quiet hotel in the city center with a beautiful & accurate design!
