Positive: The guy working there was friendly and nice.

Negative: The place felt like a ghost building, furnitures were from the 60s, the room felt like a prison cell with a stiff mattress, showers splashing sideways. The whole place needs to be renovated and upgraded. Barely any people there, and the ones who were there, you could only hear something from them but never see, almost like ghosts.

Summary: Good location, nice guy staff, but a ghost hostel

Positive: Good location, hot water in showers.

Negative: Overpriced for what it offers. Rooms are small with hard mattresses and terrible pillow. The restaurant blast music from 9am to 8pm everyday including Sunday which makes the co-working space unusable for calls and sleeping late impossible. Several toilets and showers doors are broken and not to be repaired apparently. The kitchen has not been cleaned up in years apparently and is not be used. If they would up their game 15% instead of putting all their efforts on the restaurant it would be so much better.

Positive: This was a great value stay, great private room for the price. Awesome location not far from Plaza Rio de Janeiro and easy walking/biking distance to all of Roma, Condesa, Juárez, and Reforma. Super friendly staff.

Negative: Really the only thing I can think of is since the windows didn't have screens, mosquitoes got into the room so I ended up with a few bites but nothing too bad.

Negative: The room was too cold and the windows were not closing properly. No towels were offered or any other personal cleaning item. My booking was not registered properly and I paid more than announced on the app
