Positive: Eduardo is a really nice guy and very helpful. He lives right next door, so is always available when you need something. The kitchen is well stocked and there is everything you need. Extra blankets and pillows are also available. The location of the house is very good, it's not far from several important sights (such as the Mosteiro de Jeronimos), but still away from the hustle and bustle of the tourists. A residential area with lots of locals. If you are coming by car (like us), it's only a short drive from the highway, avoiding the centre entirely. It's also easy to find parking space in the little street next to the park, very close to the accommodation. We were travelling with our dog and it's nice that there is a little dog park super closeby.

Negative: The main downside was that the place is quite mouldy. The living room/kitchen is ok (although there was a mouldy bowl in the kitchen cupboard), bedroom is worse and bathroom is the worst. We are quite sensitive to this, so it is something to be aware of. At night, after several hours with a closed window, the mouldy smell was quite strong. Also, there are airplanes flying over very regularly, quite low and loud. Also at night, although less than during the day. But it did interrupt our sleep quite a bit. Lastly, the living room/kitchen is quite dark, and during the day we needed to keep the front door open to be able to see without turning the lights on. All of these are no direct fault from the owner, but important to be aware of if you are sensitive like us.

Positive: The position was ideal for my purpouse. I was there only to sleep and didn't needed to stay during the day. The host is really kind and I found everything I needed.i felt at home

Negative: The structure is humble and could need a renewal of the paint.

Positive: Eduardo is a very friendly host, always there for help and guidance. The apartment is exactly like in the pictures and is located on one of the hills of Lisbon. Very nice and calm residential district.
