Positive: Excellent location, penthouse with a huge terrace with beautiful views of the city. 2 restaurants downstairs in the same building. Store across the street. Bus stops with trams going in all directions just in front of the building. The bed was very comfortable.

Negative: The Apartment is aged, not well maintained and doesn't seem too clean. There were only 2 large towels, no kitchen towel or paper towels. We did not get instructions where to find the keys or which apartment is ours . Had to contact Booking.com for help and wait for 2 hrs at the restaurant in the evening not knowing if we will be able to get in. The owner finally responded and was rather condescending. Later apologized. He/she was abroad, so maybe it's a problem with their cleaning/ maintenance people. We couldn't find the remote control for the TV until the next morning. It was tucked under the mattress. Makes you wonder if the sheets were changed.

Positive: Great Location, nice views, a lot of character and charm. Would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in town!

Positive: The location of the flat is perfect - right next to Vigeland park, not far away from the city center, but the place itself is quiet and calm. There is also a tram station, a store and two restaurants nearby. The best part of the apartment is definitely the big, comfy bed and the terrace, which is huge and with a beautiful view.

Negative: The bathroom could be a little bigger.

Positive: The location was phenomenal. Loved the roof top terrace which was almost bigger than the apartment itself and had a fantastic view.

Negative: The stovetop seemed to not work at all. It was touch control and we couldn’t get it to respond. The oven had all the numbers worn off the front and the handle broken off the door so it was useless. There is a microwave I was able to scramble eggs in. Be warned, there is no freezer in the fridge so don’t buy ice cream like we did. The big screen tv came in at random times with the image of a zebra. A bit startling in the middle of the night.

Summary: Overall, worth it for the price if you aren’t planning to do any cooking.

Positive: Comfy terrace with huge balcony, bed is super comfy and plent of room.Right next to a bus station and tram. Has restaurants downstairs that you can order up. Owner was nice enough to call and ask if we needed anything else while he was in France.
