Summary: We had such a lovely, warm welcome and the staff could not be more helpful. Inside, the hotel is clean and welcoming. The hotel is very conveniently positioned and about 10 or 15 minutes to the tram stop into Basel. The breakfast was absolutely first class - plenty of options and the rooms were great.

Summary: Fabulous hotel. We had an apartment, which was huge, with lots of space for the three of us. It was more modern than the images we had seen online, as well as being clean and well furnished and a nice balcony too. Our hosts were really friendly & accomodating, helping us with late check-ins and taxis when we needed them. The breakfasts were great with plenty of choice, including continental or cooked, (scrambled eggs & bacon). We dined in the restaurant on a couple of evenings and the food & service was superb! Really handy location to the tram stop if you're heading to Basel, approx a 10 minute walk. Although the surrounding area isnt particularly scenic, as its situated on a industrial estate, you do tend to forget about that once you are inside the hotel itself. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Summary: Great location, near to the Rhine river and a park (that our kids loved). Also near to the border of the three countries. Massive room with comfy beds! Extremely friendly staff. Lovely breakfast. Highly recommend.
