Positive: Host is very pleasant and helpful. Location is great in a very peaceful street. Supermarket across the street. Wifi is good. If you are coming for a fair it is a 5min walk to metro station and then just a few stations to the Koelnmesse. Very convinient.

Positive: Host was friendly, the location is good. Very central, and close to several amenities such as supermarket, restaurants, laundromat etc. The apartment itself features everything you need for your stay.

Negative: It's situated above a Thai restaurant. I like Thai food, but as the place does not have air conditioning you'll want to leave the windows open, resulting in your place smelling like Thai food. The apartment itself technically has everything you need, though its interior feels a bit outdated. Feels like this place is perfectly suited for those who will be out and about exploring the city, but maybe a bit less if you're planning to also be inside often eg for work.

Positive: Dietmar is a very gentle host. He gave us all the instructions and assistance necessary to make our stay safe and confortable. The accommodation is very large and offered good structure for 4 people in there. We prepared and did our Christmas dinner in the apartment and everything we needed were there. The apartmentment is located 3 min walking to the metro station.

Negative: Cleaning could be better.
