Positive: Very clean. Comfy beds. The room was small but it was arranged such that lots of nice amenities were packed in and easy to use I especially liked the dresser/hanger piece and that there were two comfy chairs. We loved the location and wished it was a bit warmer so we could have enjoyed the Adirondack chairs and grill on the lawn. I would absolutely stay here again.

Positive: The location was close to the Roosevelt property and overlooks the bay. Beautiful view out our window. The hotel seems very recently remodeled. Up to date amenities. Very clean. The proprietor was very friendly and had the the heat turned on for us when we arrived. WiFi was good too.

Negative: The only negative I can thing of is that although the shower is very clean, it was rather small.

Summary: Would stay here again in a heartbeat. A delightful respite after a long day.
