Complete;y repainted from smooth surface ceilings to baseboards. New ceiling fans and lighting fixtures install through out condo. Kitchen upgraded with stainless steel appliances and new counter tops. Condo is located in a gated community with great green space which includes large swimming pool, tennis courts and playground area. Kitchen is well stocked with and assortment of pots, pans, plates, glasses, etc..

Summary: Everything was clean accommodating plenty of towels . Couldn’t figure out the tv in the living room and we had no pool key for the stay I suggest you keep these on hand . You did refund money for that . The location is great and loved the place .
