Positive: Amazing location and really clean. Extremely friendly staff as well

Negative: Room size - Though having said that, we misread the ad which was detailed - so it was out fault. If you are looking for a lock up and go, with a spacious room and ensuite, then it is perfect.

Positive: The place is stunning in the true sense of the word: each room invites to pause and take in its carefully designed interior, each corner makes you want to stay there for a little and just meditate on how cozy it is. The whole compound is a work of art. Stefania and Giovanni (and their cats) are the perfect hosts, always present and attentive, but never intrusive. We stayed over for two nights as a stopover, but we’ll be back to spend time at MB specifically next time.

Positive: The property was extremely clean, comfortable and very modern. It was also in a great location. Daniel (host) made checking in and checking out extremely easy. He went above and beyond in any way he could to assist us with bags and information and helped with ordering our taxi upon departure. I would thoroughly recommend this property.

Positive: Very elegant, super clean, quiet, comfortable and as pretty as the pictures. Nice hot shower with good airco. Bed firmer than I like but still provided a good night sleep. Great location, secured building, and close to restaurants, shopping, pharmacy. Easy to find, good directions and excellent communications with the host. Approximately 4/10 mile to train station.

Negative: Finding the room was a bit like an escape room experience/scavenger hunt. No in-room safe. The step up - once in the hotel - behind the key box (even though you are told of it) is dangerous.

Positive: Room was beautiful with some very unusual touches (fish lights that drop down and the layered lighting in the ceiling). Room was a good size and it was the one without the balcony. Plenty of good coffee, charge points, excellent shower & a proper window in the en-suite. Good natural light where you can see the street. Quiet road with no noise. The host was easy to deal with and we were let in early in the day. We left at 10.15am and put us no pressure to leave in the morning as previously experienced in lovely rooms.

Negative: Nothing we did not like. There was a balcony that could be used separate to the room - we did not use it but if you were there longer - you would.

Positive: The property was impeccable, and beautiful to behold! From the marble tile floor to the elegant decorations, it was clean, comfortable and gorgeous! It was also ideally situated. It was a great place from which to explore Cinque Terre. It is centrally located between the harbor (with the ferry boats) and the train. Both are easy walks from Frem Lord. Lots of restaurants and shops within feet of the place. Excellent all around!

Negative: Really, nothing.

Summary: Elegant, magnificent and close to everything!
