While it has a great view of the mountains, the roads are very convenient and accessible, not steep. It is convenient to grocery stores and restaurants in nearby Sevierville, while still giving that feeling of being out of the crowds in a quiet relaxed setting. There is ample parking available at the cabin, and street parking available.

Please clean up excessive pet hair if your pet is shedding. All pets must be leashed at all times while outside. Guest is responsible for cleaning up any/all pet refuse. Pet must not cause damage to premises or furnishings. If damages are caused, the cost of the damage will be requested to be reimbursed by the guest. Guest should prevent pets from producing excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors.
