Positive: The apartment was modern, spotlessly clean and had excellent amenities. The outdoor space was lovely, it had a plunge pool and a beautiful garden. Fred was a fantastic host, he gave us helpful information and recommended places to visit, eat and drink. He could not have done more for us.

Negative: There was nothing we disliked about the property.

Summary: A wonderful apartment, with a fabulous host. We highly recommend and will hopefully return soon.

Positive: My stay at Fred’s apartment was short but truly memorable. The place was spotless, comfortable, and very well organized – you can tell that Fred takes great care of every detail. Communication was smooth and warm from the start, and Fred himself is one of the kindest and most genuine hosts I’ve ever encountered. I felt completely at home during my stay, and I’m deeply grateful for his kindness and open heart. I hope to return one day for a longer visit. Positive: Fred was absolutely delightful and a very informative and generous host. He presented as genuinely caring and gave our stay a very homely feel. The plunge pool was the perfect antidote for the Porto heat and the other facilities were all up to standard at the very least. Would definitely stay again!

Negative: The location was slightly inconvenient however never to a inhibiting degree.

Positive: Met the high expectations. Fred is a great host. Very easygoing and always with a smile. Nice location close to the Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto (ISEP). The room is nice, well equipped and modern.
