Summary: Haus war sehr sauber war alles vorhanden was man braucht . Einen tollen Urlaub gehabt jederzeit wieder. Das einzige was etwas störend war sind im oberen Bereich 1 und 2 Etage die Matratzen sehr dünn.

Summary: Wohnung EG: Bad: alter Badteppich Im gesamten Wohnbereich Teppichboden nicht zeitgemäß und abgenutzt. Möbel abgenutzt, geschätztes Alter 40 Jahre. Küche : Geschirr und Schränke teilweise schmutzig. Positiv: Bad und Schlafzimmer ok. Wohnung OG: Möbel teilweise abgenutzt, nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Bad : Duschtür undicht. Küche : Geschirr teilweise schmutzig ,keine Mikrowelle vorhanden. Bei Ankunft 2 Fernseher nicht funktionsfähig, nach Reklamation ersetzt. In einer Wohnung Heizung defekt. Rep.

Summary: Leider ist das Ferienhaus etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Haus besteht aus 3 Wohnungen wobei zwei Wohnungen im UG sind. Diese sind nur nur durch den Garten zu erreichen. Leider gibt es keine Aussenbeleuchtung so dass die Wojnungen am Abend nur im Blindflug erreicht werden können. In der Beschreibung wurde W-LAN in der oberen Wohnung beschrieben, je doch haben wir das Haus ohne W-LAN vor gefunden. Da muss absolut nachgerüstet werden. Ansonsten war die Anlage OK.
