Summary: Had flat tire during labor day weekend so had to stay two more days very kind helping me in my stay until I could get my new tire let me stay as long as I needed no problems with staying as needed during day time until check I time was blessed to have these guys on my side nice people!!!

Summary: Franklin inn was a great stay for me when i had to book abruptly, they were very accommodating to my somewhat late check in , and was an average room i was able to stay in for a few days

Summary: The beds were very hard. Pillows were wafer-thin. The soap was the size of a pack of chiclets. Nowhere in the shower to put soap. The toilet needed human intervention in the top tank to flush and refill properly. Only coffee for breakfast. While the price was $100/night, it was not really worth it.

Summary: The Shower needs to have a place to put shampoo and soap. Needs softer Towels and washcloths. Also Brighter light for vanity would be nice .

Summary: The bathroom walls had dirty muddy like hand prints over the toilet like someone dirty leaned over. The bed sheets and towel you couldn’t tell if they were washed or not causes of the stains. The floors were so dirty my socks were black by the time we went to bed. It was way too late in the evening to find something else. The front desk person kept changing his story about our situation. He had to ask permission to give us a room for the night.

Summary: Toilet defective, no tv instructions, refrigerator very noisy, a/c noisy, outside light shone around edge of entry door, online quote was $87, check-in price with tax was $135. Pillows and their cases very uncomfortable. I realize very old building, but maintenance is needed.
