Positive: The location of the lodge was amazing, so peaceful and surrounded by beautiful countryside. With lots of pubs and restaurants close by with yummy food, and only 25 minutes from Bude, there is so much to do. The pictures could not portray how unique and special this cabin is. Built from enormous logs so cleverly put together, and the inside beautifully decorated with a luxurious feel. Every little thing has been thought of. The hosts could not have been more helpful, the check-in was easy, breakfast option was offered, and they even invited us to see the cows being milked and the baby calves being milk fed. They welcomed us to their family farm with open arms. We enjoyed our fun filled days with local things to do, and returned to the cabin for a relaxing afternoon/evening in the Jacuzzi and barbecue with food bought from the local butchers and farm shop. We can't wait to return again. We were so sad to leave and could not recommend this log cabin stay enough.

Summary: Amazing unique cabin in beautiful Devon countryside. An absolute gem and we will be returning.
