Summary: This was our first time staying at this beautiful home and our family loved it! The location is quiet and secluded but convenient to Franconia and the hiking and attractions we enjoy. The views are absolutely magnificent from both inside and outside! We especially enjoyed the spacious living area, huge deck overlooking the mountains and the wonderful hot tub. David was a great host - very helpful and quick in responding to our questions. We are looking forward to returning!

Summary: Overall this property was an excellent fit for our family. I was traveling with adults and teen agers and there was plenty of space for all 8 of us. The house is older, but everything was in working condition and we were especially grateful for the airconditioning. The location of the property is ideal and the home is very comfortable.

Summary: My family and I had a great visit. The house was spacious and plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 children. Amazing views off the deck and the wood stove was a nice touch to make the stay memorable! David was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay again!

Summary: Ideal arrangements for an extended family group. Spaces for being together but also quiet private spaces. Kids loved the games (pinball! Foosball! Pool!) and hot tub. Great location! David was helpful and welcoming. Would definitely come back.

Summary: We rented this house including the apartment for our annual family reunion. There were 11 of us (1 family of 5, 1 family of 4 and then a family of 2). The sleeping arrangements were just right and everything was clean and ready to use. The kids enjoyed the games around the house and the adults enjoyed hanging out on the porch and closing out the day in the hot tub. The view is just amazing from the house. There is a great little market close by in Franconia for groceries and many other close by activities. David was super easy to communicate with and helped to make everything enjoyable. We are already talking about heading back next year!
