Positive: The room was very spacious, clean, and had many windows. The hotel is located in the center of the city and you can walk everywhere just in a few minutes. The breakfast was amazing. They offered many different food options and you can sit right by the marina.

Positive: Hakim was amazing and welcoming. The whole staff was very helpful and willing to find solutions and answers to all our questions. The room was clean, the hotel in general too. Amazing view and perfect location.

Negative: Nothing much but we will recommend room cleaning for long stay. However, the staff was very reactive and provided the room cleaning straight away.

Summary: Lovely place and lovely people.

Positive: The room was big and spacious with a comfortable bed, and everything was very clean The location was good, close to the city centre, but not in the middle so was calm and not noisy. The views of the room were also very nice. The breakfast was abundant, maybe even too much, in a restaurant close by.

Negative: The hotel doesn't have an Elevator. However, the people at the entrance helped us with the luggage. It was difficult to reach by car, and there were no parking places available, in any case, you could park at 10-15 minutes walking without too many problems. Some of the receptionist doesn't speak English.
