Positive: It was clean and had everything you need.

Negative: The kitchen needs modernising. No dishwasher so none of the pots were cleaned properly. The kettle needs replacing covered in limescale. Even though it states you can takes a dog, there is only a court yard that you share with 4 other guest lodges. Check out time very early considering you can’t get in til 3. It’s a 15 minute walk into centre, which would be fine if you’re not on crutches. The flats behind were having an all weekend party so music blaring out day and night.

Positive: Location was good and not far from centre. Property was clean and there was parking

Negative: Although the property was clean - As you enter there was a strong smell of dog. We couldn’t really sit in the living room because of this. The directions to the property could have been better they were more like a trivial pursuit game. Just drop a pin 📍 on the location it’d be easier for others to find. Property was a bit dated but all in all comfortable for a few days stay. Probably suit people with pets more

Positive: Location is great, close to woodland walks, and only 15 min walk into centre. Small and compact cottage but had everything we needed, comfy beds, comfy sofa.

Negative: Had to have light on as quite dark inside but didn't spoil it for us.
