Positive: A very clean and comfortable room which had all the facilities we needed, including WiFi, TV and tea and coffee making facilities. The fresh milk in the fridge was a welcome surprise. The one site parking was very very close to the room. A peaceful and quiet location

Positive: Convenient for visiting daughter who is based at RAF Coningsby.

Negative: The following points need addressing. - WiFi is extremely poor almost non existent and not ideal for working, social media or watching TV. - TV needs upgrading. Remote and Fire stick did not work. - Plug for sink required. - Bed linen for summer needs to be cotton and not towelling. - Mattress upgrade required. - Instructions on how to use things ie switch for electric shower, fire stick, etc
