Summary: Clean room, pool access, what more can someone ask for a Motel. Way better the other motels on the north side of the 401.

Summary: I'm a land surveyor and work out of town quite a lot. Whenever I'm in the Napanee area I try to stay at the Fox motor inn. The owners are wonderful and are constantly making noticeable improvements to the property. Always clean and comfortable and a reasonable price. In the summer the pool is a great bonus! Truely is my pleasure to support their small business.

Summary: This was a fabulous stop for me ! One of the best Motels I’ve ever stayed at , Clean , great owners and staff and a great location ! This establishment is operated by folks that care about you ! Very well done that’s why they have been in business for decades !!! Excellent stop !

Summary: Overall a great stay. Exceptionally clean. A bit outdated but very well maintained. Very friendly owner at check in. Walls thin so lots of noise heard before people went to sleep. Would stay again!

Summary: This is by far the best motel in Napanee. Meticulously clean and well situated within a picturesque walk to downtown and the waterfront. Owners are very friendly.
