Positive: Our stay at this property was truly exceptional. The apartment was impeccably clean, tastefully maintained, and well-equipped with everything one might need for a comfortable visit. Both beds were very comfortable, and the inclusion of a projector added a thoughtful, cozy touch for relaxing in the evenings. It is, without a doubt, the best place I have stayed at in Tokyo—and I have visited the city multiple times. It is also a kid/family friendly apartment. The location is also a major highlight. The apartment is situated just a short walk from the nearest train station, making transportation throughout the city convenient and stress-free. Within walking distance, there are numerous amenities including a pharmacy, a grocery store, a delicious bento shop, and a wonderful bakery/café offering fresh bread and pastries. There is also a hair salon that provides excellent service, and a unique fox-themed boutique selling charming figurines and porcelain items. In addition, the area offers a variety of local restaurants, a McDonald’s, an arcade, and the Tobu Store, which carries an impressive range of everyday necessities. One of the aspects I appreciated most was the attention to detail. The owner provided a comprehensive and easy-to-follow instruction manual covering all appliances and household systems. Furthermore, a personalized guide with recommended places to visit and a local map was included, which was incredibly useful and thoughtful. Communication with the hosts was prompt, warm, and consistently helpful throughout the entire stay. They did an amazing job. The apartment itself, while compact—as is typical for central Tokyo—makes excellent use of its space and feels very modern and fresh. Considering the comfort, location, thoughtful touches, and excellent communication, I found the accommodation to be very reasonably priced and of great value. It provided everything I needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Negative: It is important to note that the stairs are quite narrow and there is no elevator. The apartment is rather small, which might be a consideration for some guests, but this is standard for many traditional and urban accommodations in Tokyo, a densely populated city where maximizing limited space is the norm.

Positive: We really loved our stay! The location is about 6 stops from Tokyo Station, just far enough from the city center to get more space without sacrificing convenience. For the same price as a tiny hotel room downtown, we got a spacious and comfortable stay with a large bed, a projector with Netflix and Disney+, a dining table, a small kitchen, a washing machine, and even a bathtub. It’s right in front of a lovely park with a sandbox, slide, and swings, perfect for our toddler. There are also several konbinis nearby, which made everything super convenient. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here, especially the cozy lighting. Great place for families!

Negative: The only downside for us was that the room is on the 4th floor with no elevator, which can be a bit of a hassle with a toddler and luggage.

Positive: Good host, good location with access to a lively are with many shops open day and night. Very short walk to the station.

Negative: Please be prepared for a VERY STEEP walk-up of up to 5 floors on a very narrow set of stairs. It was very weird that the stairs are outside the building, so they're exposed, and I didn't feel comfortable at all having my 65 years old mom walk up this way with her heavy luggage.
