Summary: Lovely hotel. Some of the staff were a bit apathetic/not helpful especially the brown haired hostess at main restaurant. The pool also seems like it could use a facelift but rooms are well appointed and comfortable.

Summary: Absolute best property in Whistler. Have stayed in the Pan Pacific and the Fairmont, and while both are really good, the Four Seasons stands above. Great accommodations, comfort, food, and outstanding service make the difference.
