Positive: This is one great property. It is very well located in the midst of Back Bay Boston. It is close to most sites. But what really stands out about the property is the staff. I’m a pretty hard grader, but this staff is extraordinary. Everyone and I mean, everyone could not have been more pleasant and helpful during our stay.

Positive: Room location was excellent overlooking the park and close to the spa and pool. Spa and pool facilities were excellent. All the staff we encountered were most courteous and helpful.

Negative: Cooked Breakfast was unfortunately cold on arrival. Omelette not really good. Had to have coffee replaced as that was cold too! We expected the formal dining room on the ground floor to be a little "grander". The food on the night we ate there was disappointing too. It really shouldn't take much to prepare a decent Caesar Salad!! There is a coffee bar on the ground floor which is ok and the staff are really helpful but it is not open all the time. It would be better to replace tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
