Positive: On arrival the lady on the front desk (sorry I didn't catch her name !) Was very polite and welcoming, Engaging in conversation from the off. Complimenting my wife on her lipstick. Our daughter was meeting us at the Hotel and made her most feel welcome before our night out and the gentleman on the desk in the evening also very polite.The hotel was extremely clean and fresh looking. Its location made for a very quiet comfortable nights rest 😴.In the morning the lady dealing with breakfast was very professional and courteous to us both ( even after we failed to remember our room number lol). Breakfast was beautifully presented with fresh pastries warm from the oven . Even though it was only one night's stay we were made to feel at home. Thankyou this helped to make our stay in London perfect with lovely memories made ❤️ Peter snd Jackie

Positive: Very clean and airy . Staff lovely . Not far from the tube station and in a safe looking area

Negative: Room we had was very small . More like a store cupboard. Needed to make sure access to rooms secure with door to them not open . We just walked back to our room at nearly midnight and the staff at the desk didn't even check who we were .

Positive: Very clean and clean rooms. New hotel. And nice staff

Negative: Very small rooms and beds. For two people to small. Also double check your reservation for no window rooms. We didn’t know that we got a no window room and had to pay 30£ extra per night just to get a window.
