Summary: Perfect location . Safe neighborhood with lots of bars and restaurants. Easy to walk to nearby Condessa which was equally as nice. Staff very friendly, bar was good and so was breakfast

Summary: Arrived at 2:40 pm, check-in was at 3 pm, but the front desk refused to let me in the room for just 20 minutes early. Asked for an upgrade due to booking issues and my status, but it was denied without even checking availability. Poor check-in service. The AC did not cool properly and the bathroom was clogged.

Summary: The hotel was simple but very nice and updated. The room was spacious the only issue was the walls are a bit thin. The staff was very hospitable and us feel welcomed and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.
